Storage & Serving Guidelines
Defrost in the fridge in its original container and serve raw at room temperature for best results.
Once defrosted:
Portion and serve straight away, or
Refreeze once only if needed.
Any unused food can be safely stored in the container, away from other foods, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Always handle raw food hygienically and wash hands and surfaces after serving.
