We source wild East Anglian, human-grade hare that’s originally prepared for the restaurant and retail trade. Wild hare is naturally lean, rich in protein and packed with nutrients, making it a fantastic option for a more novel protein. Because these hares live naturally in the wild, they’re free to roam, forage and behave as nature intended, which is something that really matters to us when choosing ingredients. We have sourced our beef hearts from Yorkshire, always British.
